Maintenance/Productivity

At DesignWise, we design efficient maintenance into our solutions.  Our access panels allow room for the operator's hands and tools to reach parts that are routinely checked and/or changed, and our gauges are in easily visible areas to ensure proper fluid levels.  Other maintenance efficiencies include: designing both toolless and tooled access; engine access trays allow the engine to slide out or pivot; utilizing permanently sealed or lubricated parts when possible; and using FMEA along with hand calculations to optimize the maintenance plan and reduce the risk of critical failure.  We strive to make both the operator happy with an effective design and the maintenance team happy with an accessible design.
